Exchange & Refund Policy

At VEDIKI, we are committed to providing you with a luxurious and seamless shopping experience. To ensure clarity and protect your rights, please review our exchange terms carefully:
1. Timeframe & Exchange Conditions:
Timeframe: Exchanges are strictly accepted within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.
Exchange Scope: Product exchange is available for size adjustments only (in case the size does not fit).
Alternative Options: If the required size for your specific item is out of stock, you are more than welcome to choose any alternative model available on our website.
2. Item Condition Requirements:
Original Condition: The item must be in its absolute original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
The Tag Requirement: The original price tag and brand labels must remain fully intact and attached to the garment. Any removal or tampering with the tag will void the exchange request.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery:
Shipping Fees: The customer is fully responsible for the shipping and delivery fees associated with the exchanged item.
Exceptions: VEDIKI will cover all shipping expenses only in the rare event of a fulfillment error from our side or a manufacturing defect in the item.
Package Inspection: We kindly ask you to inspect the safety and condition of your items immediately upon receiving them from the delivery courier.
4. Refund Policy:
Due to the exclusive and imported nature of our collections, please note that we offer exchanges only. We do not provide cash refunds or order cancellations after delivery.
